You can not use one program on two computer with single license, but we DO provide multi-licence. If you want to get multi-licence, please contact us via sales#aimersoft.com (replace # with @)
Q: I purchase your software online but haven't received the register key.
There are some reasons why this could happen. In most cases, the keycode email might be filtered out as spam.
If so, please login to our CRM http://support.aimersoft.com to get the keycode email by yourself. It's free.
Be aware before you install the full version, you should uninstall the trial version first.
Q: My order had been processed but I have never received any confirmation email.

Q: How can I get a receipt via Regnow?

Q: The CD version i got is not the latest, why?
About CD Version: Dur to CD update period, you may not get the latest release as the program should be burned to CD by the third authorized party first. you'd better place your oder at least one week after the latest download version is available.
Q: I don't receive the CD I ordered.
In general, the delivery will be reached to you within 4 weeks after the payment. (US Domestic Shipping 7-14 Days, Canada Shipping 9-16 Days, International 12-21 Days)

Q: I lose my register key. Can I upgrade to the newest version of the software?
